WeFast is an app designed to support users with intermittent fasting in a fun, safe and effective way. The popularity of intermittent fasting meant that WeFast’s unique challenge was to stand out as the most appetizing amongst a buffet of similar apps. 

WeFast came to us to help them promote the qualities that set them above other apps in the same category:

  • By working with leading nutrition experts in developing their app, WeFast ensures that their information and programs are based on sound and reliable information.
  • They also wanted to highlight that the app was not just about weight loss; users could expect to feel more energized and confident in their day-to-day lives. The app is customizable to individual goals and lifestyles and works for anyone who is looking to lose weight, simply feel better in their clothes, or feel an overall sense of control over their own well-being.
  • By supporting users to track their progress in their customizable program, WeFast encourages them to celebrate their daily victories. It also offers the ongoing support of a community of other app users, a newsletter, and blog articles.

Within 2 months of working with Class Growth, we helped WeFast hone in on and reach their goals to:

  • Move up to the Top 100 in the app store
  • Increase revenues and profitability

To help WeFast stand out from the crowd and expand their user base, we went to the people who have the most influence over thousands of others in their target market; Social Media influencers. We helped WeFast reach out to over 1000 influencers, closing deals with 200, giving them access to 1000s of their followers! With influencer marketing, WeFast was able to divide their Consumer Price Index (CPI) in half by attracting, onboarding, and retaining hundreds of new users.

Guided by our experience, we knew that attracting more users with influencer marketing was only part of the success story; retaining and nurturing their users was integral to growth. 

Another important part of ClassGrowth’s process is building and testing creatives. Using a combination of over 200 static images, video illustrations, and UGC (user-generated content), we were able to identify the most effective creatives to promote WeFast’s features and benefits.

Class Growth’s team includes experts in all aspects of the online marketing process, including ASO (App Store Optimization). By helping WeFast improve their keywords, they dramatically increased their ratings and reviews and climbed up the rankings in the health and fitness category. By including ‘intermittent fasting’ in the subtitle of the app, users were able to more easily find it, rate it and review it.

By improving the keywords, we helped WeFast:

  • Score an overall rating of 4.9/5 on the app store
  • Reach the Top 100 in the Health and Fitness category
